Special Outstanding Project Award WIE 2006
Dear Friends:
This year the WIEC awarded a Special Outstanding Project Award to the Instituto Technologico de Veracruz (Mexico) WIE Student Branch Affinity Groupfor their “Feria de Empresas” or “Fair of Companies”. This event brought 20 companies to the campus to give technical and professional presentations, host exhibits with equipment and personnel, and interact with the students. The event drew over 400 attendees each day of the fair and received much praise from the participating companies. They will receive a certificate and $250 US.
