Larry K. Wilson, 2007 Edition

Dear Members of Region 9,

It is my pleasure to inform that the Larry K. Wilson Award, 2007 Edition, recipient is Mr. Victor Pacora, an outstanding student volunteer from IEEE UNI Student Branch, Peru Section.

Victor is well known among R9 students for his contributions for the IEEE, his Section and Student Branch. His constant willingness to serve and achievements are remarkable.

As a LKW recipient, Victor has now another responsibility which is to be a student ambassador of the IEEE, both at Regional and Worldwide level.

Congratulations to Victor for this important achievement.
